LOS ANGELES – Clippers star Kawhi Leonard said he has “no knowledge” of the accuracy of a recent Athletic report that said his uncle, Dennis Robinson, made various requests during free-agent pitch meetings last summer that would have been considered illegal under the NBA’s collective bargaining agreement. Those reported requests included having part ownership of a team, a private plane, a house and a guaranteed amount of endorsement money.
“I didn’t read it. I don’t know how reliable it is,” Leonard said following practice on Tuesday. “I have no knowledge of it. People make up stories every day.”
