Ignacio Piatti scored his third goal of the season to help the Montreal Impact beat the Red Bulls, 3-0, on Saturday in their home opener at Olympic Stadium.

Dominic Oduro opened the scoring for Montreal in the 58th minute. Piatti scored in the 71st, and Anthony Jackson-Hamel added a goal in stoppage time.

It was the Red Bulls’ first loss to Montreal since March 23, 2013.

CHELSEA FALLS IN F.A. CUP Romelu Lukaku scored twice for Everton in a five-minute span before Diego Costa was given a red card in the 84th minute, and Everton ended Chelsea’s last hope for a title this season with a 2-0 win at home in an F.A. Cup quarterfinal.
